Liability Waivers
Before anyone can volunteer, they must first
complete and sign a liability waiver. This waiver can be
downloaded using the link below in PDF format. The waiver can
either be scanned and emailed to Herdie Mathews, Director of Volunteers, faxed to
(843)650-8764, dropped off at the Habitat offices
at 165 Co-Op Road in Socastee, or brought to the work
site on your first day. A liability waiver must be completed
for each volunteer, even if volunteering as a
group. Waivers are valid for one year. Minor Liability Waiver Form
